Idaho Gives—a program of the Idaho Community Foundation and powered by ICCU—returns May 4–7, 2026, uniting communities across the state to support local nonprofits through collective giving and awareness.
Since its launch in 2013, Idahoans have contributed more than $33 million through Idaho Gives. In 2025 alone, donors set a record with $5.1 million raised. This year’s goal is an ambitious $6 million, with more than 700 nonprofits participating statewide, including nearly 50 organizations based in Blaine County.
“The nonprofit sector does so much to make Blaine County a great place to live, work, and play. Idaho Gives is a four‑day opportunity for our community to show how much we appreciate the hard work nonprofits do year‑round,” shared Evin Bask, Senior Philanthropic Director, Idaho Community Foundation.
To celebrate, Sawtooth Brewery will host a special Idaho Gives-themed Trivia Night at its Hailey Taproom located at 110 N. River St, Hailey, on Wednesday, May 6. The event offers a chance for community members to connect directly with local nonprofits, while enjoying a lively, social atmosphere.
Attendees are encouraged to meet participating organizations from 6:00–7:00 p.m., followed by trivia at 7:00 p.m., where teams can test their knowledge of local nonprofits and community impact. There will be prizes donated by Sawtooth Brewery, Chamber Bucks from the Valley Chamber, and many of the attending non-profits.
Participating organizations include:
· The Advocates
· Blaine County Charitable Fund
· Blaine County Education Foundation
· The Crisis Hotline
· Far + Wise
· Hailey Ice
· Men’s Second Chance Living
· Project Big Wood
· Senior Connection
· Shoshone Project
· Sun Valley Realtors Give
· Wood River Land Trust
· Wood River Rep (formerly Liberty Theater Company)
Sawtooth Brewery has a long-standing commitment to supporting local nonprofits, including partnerships through its Hailey Rocks summer concert series and Riverfest on the Fourth of July. In response to the request to host a non-profit themed event, Sawtooth Brewery’s Director of Operations, John Anderson, shared, "We’ve always believed that great beer tastes better when it’s supporting a great cause, so hosting a night that brings our local nonprofits and neighbors together for some friendly competition was a natural fit for us.”
“In the inaugural launch of Idaho Gives back in 2013, the nonprofit community came together to shine a light on the incredible work happening across our region and the generosity that makes it possible,” said Mary Fauth, Executive Director of Blaine County Charitable Fund. “Over the years, opportunities like that have come and gone. This felt like the right moment to bring people back together—to reconnect, celebrate, and maybe spark a little friendly competition. I suspect more than a few nonprofits will be fielding trivia teams and showing off their community knowledge.”
