Rapid Relief Program

Blaine County Charitable Fund understands that there are unexpected expenses that are difficult to address when a household is already financially challenged to pay for basic monthly needs.  Households can apply for assistance with expenses that are in need of immediate payment and cannot be deferred or negotiated. These may include transportation, medical, insurance, utilities, etc.

DEADLINE TO APPLY: BCCF reviews completed applications received once a month on the 20th.   Special considerations can be taken into account.  Please include details in your application narrative.

A complete request includes:

  • An online rapid relief assistance request form;

  • Supporting income documentation;

  • Copies of bills or estimates for services;

  • Evidence of situation that led to the financial hardship and/or letter form physician; and

  • A conversation or meeting with a Family Care Coordinator

Who can apply for assistance?

Those that work and/or live in Blaine County.  We do not require proof of citizenship.  This program supports those experiencing a financial hardship and cannot address an unexpected critical experience. BCCF's financial assistance programs are designed with households at or below 120% of Average Median Income (AMI) in mind. However, we will consider extenuating circumstances. If you have a question about your eligibility, please contact us.  Applicants should be 18 years of age or older. If a financial crisis is due to the illness or injury of a child, the “applicant” is the child’s parent or legal guardian.

Access to other resources

BCCF encourages applicants to access all available local, state and federal resources first. For that reason, please be sure to first make application with sources such as found on our Community Resource page. And please prepared to provide an update on those inquiries on your application.
